A polo shirt, specifically the shirt we have in mind, requires the following materials and machinery to produce the custom polo-shirt, that is to serve as school uniform, we have in mind.

For the shirt we want to produce, a customised school polo-shirt with a special year 6 embroidery, for this we require the following.

• Cotton Fabric (for shirt)
• Cotton Fabric (for collar)
• Interlining
• Stitch Covering Band (made out of the same cotton fabric as shirt)
• Polyester Buttons
• Green and Blue Threads (for stitching and embroidery)

For the shirt we want to produce we need three machines a sewing, an embroidery, and a fabric cutting machine.

Custom Logo to be Embroidered

This design was quickly put together, no prizes for aesthetics.

It represents a stylized bow-tie with not the school motto in the centre but the motto of Y6. The school name has been left out to keep it as generic as possible and not overload the logo with text.
