Production

For production we found that we need qualified staff and special machinery. When it came to machinery though we settled for the machines that were not too pricey which means they are not top quality but we had to settle for them to lower our start-up costs. We will lose money in productivity but as we need to start with as little capital as possible this is an acceptable trade-off.

Staff

We found a need for the following staff.

• Seamstress
• Fabric cutter
• Embroiderer
• Accountant

All other tasks can be handle by the student group (managing, marketing, selling).
